Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and safety
Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including modifications
Able to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Capacity to build positive relationships with customers and teammates
Basic knowledge of food safety and handling preferred
Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet and engage customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food products according to standard or customized recipes
Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment
Follow store policies and safety regulations
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operation
Respond to customer needs and requests promptly and courteously
