Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality products, cash handling, and store safety
- Engage with and understand customer needs through clear communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform many tasks within the store during each shift

- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Duties
- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare customized food and beverage orders as requested
- Maintain store safety and security standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Perform various tasks across the store during each shift
- Uphold store policies and procedures consistently
