Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards related to quality beverages and food, cash handling, safety and security
Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
Prepare food and beverages to customer specifications including recipe changes
Available to perform many different tasks during each shift

Job Duties

Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or custom orders
Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
Maintain compliance with store operating policies including cash handling and safety protocols
Perform various tasks throughout the store to support smooth operations
Provide quality customer service by bringing warmth and connection to every interaction
Follow health and safety standards while handling food and beverages
Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve store goals
