Job Requirements

No previous experience required
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
Engage with and understand customers through clear and pleasant communication
Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Handle cash transactions and ensure store safety and security
Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers to understand and respond to their needs
Prepare food and beverages by following recipe changes such as temperature and ingredient substitutions
Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support overall operations
