This entry-level Starbucks Partner role is ideal for individuals passionate about coffee and customer service, even those with no prior experience. As a Starbucks Partner, you will be part of a vibrant team that aims to brighten customers' days through personalized service and a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include preparing beverages and food items according to standard or customized recipes, engaging warmly and attentively with customers to understand their needs, handling cash and maintaining store safety protocols, and supporting various store operations during shifts. Flexibility with working hours— including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays—is required to meet the dynamic needs of the store.

Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
