Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards for providing quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe adjustments
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to understand and respond to their needs
- Ensure quality beverages and food products meet company standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow store safety and security policies
- Perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Build positive relationships with team members and customers
