The successful candidate will be available to work flexible hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights, to meet the operational needs of the store.

As a Starbucks Barista, you will be part of a team that values collaboration and relationship-building. The role requires preparing food and beverages following standard recipes or customizing orders to suit customer preferences, such as adjusting ingredient quantities or substituting ingredients. You will also handle cash transactions and ensure the store meets safety and security standards. Beyond the technical responsibilities, this role is about creating moments that matter—connecting with customers through clear and positive communication and understanding their needs to provide a personalized coffee experience.
