Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- adhere to store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customize orders as needed
- able to perform multiple tasks during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- ability to work as part of a team
- experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Create warm and welcoming experiences for customers
- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
- handle cash register transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- engage with customers to understand and meet their needs
- follow store policies on safety and security
- collaborate effectively with team members
