Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety protocols
- engage and respond to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- capacity to build positive customer relationships
- ability to follow oral and written instructions and seek clarification when necessary
Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and food beverages to standard recipes and customer specifications
- handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
