The role of a Starbucks partner involves preparing coffee and food products according to established recipes and customized orders. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as shifts may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.

Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety
