Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Engage effectively with customers using pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform multiple tasks during each shift
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs through clear and friendly communication
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout each shift
- Handle cash and complete transactions accurately and securely
- Follow all store safety and security policies
- Perform various tasks within the store as needed during the shift
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operation
