Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers, responding to customer needs
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties

- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard recipes or customer customizations
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication, responding to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to Starbucks' standards including recipe modifications
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support smooth operations
