As a Barista at Starbucks, you will be at the heart of the store’s operations, engaging with customers to create memorable experiences one meaningful moment at a time. The role focuses on craft, care, and connection, from preparing beverages to standards or customer customizations, to maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. Flexibility and teamwork are critical, as the position requires working various shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays. Baristas are expected to uphold Starbucks’ high standards for quality, safety, and customer service, contributing to an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.

Job Requirements
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
- engage with and understand our customers including discovering and responding to customer needs
- prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers
- available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
