Job Requirements
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to prepare food and beverages according to recipes and customer specifications
- Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety protocols
- Engage with customers with clear and pleasant communication
- Ability to perform multiple tasks during shifts
- Able to request clarification when needed
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Previous experience not required but is a plus
Job Duties
