Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards
- Ability to engage with customers pleasantly and clearly
- Ability to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized orders
- Available to perform multiple tasks during shifts
- Able to maintain calmness in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to learn quickly and follow written and oral instructions
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized requests
- Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
- Handle cash and perform store safety and security tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Work collaboratively with team members
- Stay updated with new beverage recipes and product knowledge
