Job Requirements
- no previous experience required
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety
- engage with and understand customers through pleasant communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including modifications
- be available to perform multiple store tasks during each shift

- maintain store cleanliness and ensure safety and security standards are met
- respond to customer needs and inquiries through clear and pleasant communication
- perform various tasks within the store during shifts including stocking and inventory management
- collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations
