This role includes varied responsibilities ranging from preparing food and beverages based on standardized or customized recipes, engaging with customers to identify and satisfy their needs with effective communication, handling cash transactions accurately, and ensuring adherence to store policies related to safety and operational standards. Flexibility is key, as partners are expected to perform different tasks during their shifts to support seamless store operations.

Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

- meet store operating policies and standards including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security, with or without reasonable accommodation

- available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
