Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with and understand customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including modifications
- Available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
- Ability to build relationships
- Ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including adjustments in temperature and ingredients
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Perform cash handling and ensure store safety and security policies are followed
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to manage store operations
- Adapt to flexible work hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Complete various tasks within the store during shifts as required
