Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers effectively through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages accurately following recipes or customer customizations
- Able to perform diverse tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications

- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
