The company upholds core values centered on creating meaningful experiences, fostering inclusivity, and investing in its partners (employees) to ensure a vibrant and supportive workplace. Starbucks’s dedication to ethical sourcing, environmental stewardship, and community involvement make it a preferred destination not only for coffee lovers but also for individuals seeking a purposeful workplace. Being part of Starbucks means joining a company that values each partner's contribution and provides ample opportunities for personal and professional growth. Starbucks partners enjoy competitive benefits, robust training programs, and a culture that prioritizes respect, diversity, and continuous learning. As a barista partner, you will be at the heart of delivering the Starbucks experience to customers every day, crafting the world's finest coffee and creating connections one meaningful moment at a time. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and are passionate about excellent customer service. The position involves working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, ensuring that Starbucks stores continue to deliver outstanding service around the clock. The employment type is generally hourly with compensation that varies based on geographic location and experience. Starbucks pledges competitive pay and leadership development from day one, empowering partners to build long-term careers within the company. You will receive comprehensive training on preparing quality beverages and food products according to Starbucks recipes, handling store operations such as cash transactions and safety protocols, and engaging customers with friendliness and professionalism. Each shift offers you the opportunity to create memorable experiences, whether by remembering a customer's favorite order or simply sharing a warm smile. Working at Starbucks also means access to industry-leading benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance options; paid parental leave; vacation and sick leave accrual; retirement plans with employer matching; educational tuition coverage; and numerous financial wellness tools. There is also a strong commitment to partner well-being through programs designed to support work-life balance, professional development, and inclusive workplace policies. In this role, you will gain valuable skills in customer engagement, multitasking, and teamwork, while contributing to a culture that champions diversity and equal opportunity. Starbucks Coffee Company is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities and adhering to all federal, state, and local employment laws.
