Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without accommodation
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to discover and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Able to perform multiple tasks within the store during shifts
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new instructions
- Ability to build relationships with customers and coworkers
- Good communication skills both oral and written
- Commitment to maintaining store policies and standards
Job Duties

- Perform various tasks within the store to support its smooth operation during each shift
