Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and store safety with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage and understand customers needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes including recipe changes
- Available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Customer service or retail experience is a plus but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customized for customers including adjustments
- Provide quality customer service by engaging with customers through clear and pleasant communication
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ensure store safety and security protocols are followed
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth store operations
