Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and quality standards including cash handling
- Engage positively with customers and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers
- Understanding of store operation policies and quality standards
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and seek clarification when necessary
Job Duties
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for customers
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and food products according to standard recipes or customer specifications
- Engage with customers to discover and respond to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain store safety and security
- Perform multiple tasks during shifts including cleaning, stocking, and inventory management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
