The job involves preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food in accordance with Starbucks’ standard recipes or customized orders. You will be responsible for maintaining store standards related to safety, security, and operational policies, including cash handling and food safety practices. Additionally, partners are expected to demonstrate flexibility by efficiently performing various tasks during each shift. Working hours may vary, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays, making availability a key component for success in this role.
