Job Requirements

- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, or holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
- engage with and understand customers through clear communication
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- available to perform various tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to learn quickly
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers
Job Duties
