Job Requirements
- No previous experience required
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies including quality beverage preparation, cash handling, and safety standards
- Provide clear and pleasant communication while engaging with customers
- Prepare food and beverages according to recipes or customer customizations
- Ability to perform multiple tasks within the store each shift
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Ability to build relationships
