Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security
- Engage with and understand customers with clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to specific or customized recipes
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift
Job Qualifications

- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team

Job Duties

- Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Provide quality beverages and food products following store policies and standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure store safety and security
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to discover and respond to their needs
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes, adapting for temperature, quantity, or ingredient changes
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift
