Job Requirements

- Available to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers, including recipe adjustments such as temperature or ingredient substitutions
- Engage with customers through clear and pleasant communication to understand and respond to their needs
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Follow store operating policies and standards including cash handling, safety, and security
- Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift as needed
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth store operations
- Build positive relationships with customers and team members
