Job Requirements
- Basic education or equivalent
- maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- ability to meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- capacity to engage with customers and respond to their needs through pleasant communication
- ability to prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer customization
- availability to perform multiple tasks as needed within the store during shifts
