Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings evenings weekends nights and or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodation
- Engage with customers including discovering and responding to their needs through clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders including recipe changes such as temperature quantity of ingredients or substituted ingredients
- Available to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift

Job Duties
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard recipes or customer specifications

- Maintain store operating policies and standards including cash handling and safety procedures
- Perform various tasks within the store during each shift to support smooth operations
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Provide quality service in a fast-paced environment
