Flexibility is essential, as work schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. As part of the Starbucks family, partners receive competitive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid parental leave, vacation accrual, and 401(k) retirement plans with employer matching. Additionally, Starbucks offers a unique College Achievement Plan covering tuition for a first-time bachelor’s degree through Arizona State University’s online program, showcasing its commitment to partner education and development.

Joining Starbucks means becoming part of a community that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. The company is an equal opportunity employer, ensuring fair treatment for all applicants regardless of background. Starbucks is dedicated to providing reasonable accommodations to applicants with disabilities, supporting a supportive and accessible hiring process. This position is typically offered at the entry point salary range dependent on location, with individual compensation reflecting candidate qualifications and role specifics.
