Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling and safety
- Engage with customers using clear and pleasant communication
- Prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Available to perform various tasks during each shift
Job Qualifications
- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and seek clarification when necessary
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues
Job Duties

- Provide quality beverages and food products according to standard and customized recipes
- Perform cash handling duties and uphold store safety and security policies
- Engage customers with clear, pleasant communication to discover and respond to their needs
