Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to learn quickly and follow oral and written instructions in English
- strong interpersonal skills and team player
- compliance with company rules and policies
- ability to work in environments that may be hot, cold, noisy or smoky
- ability to work in small areas with limited access
- experience handling solvents, oils and chemicals
- ability to use electrical, mechanical and heat-generated equipment

- tolerance to moderate noise and smoking environments
- ability to perform physical activities such as bending, reaching, lifting up to 75 lbs, pushing, pulling, and maneuvering carts
- frequent standing and manual dexterity

- proficiency with basic reading, writing and math skills
- ability to follow instructions, meet time requirements, problem solve and use independent judgment

Job Duties
- Provides quality beverages and food products consistently by adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines
- delivers legendary guest service by adopting a guest comes first attitude and connecting with guests
- discovers and responds to guests' needs
- maintains a clean and organized workspace
- follows operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety and security
- assists with training new team members by providing respectful and encouraging coaching
- maintains calm demeanor during high volume periods
- utilizes proper procedures and documentation for transactions
- ensures bank is counted and balanced
- completes cash turn-in sheets and distributes accordingly
- exemplifies core values, family style service, mission, vision and DEI culture
- performs other job-related duties as assigned
