Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Must comply with company safety and health standards

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet guests and take drink and food orders within 30 seconds of arrival
  • Operate coffee making equipment and dismantle and clean machinery as needed
  • Prepare and present beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
  • Accurately total, process, and collect payments using the point-of-sale system
  • Handle money, process credit and debit card payments, make change, and comply with cash handling and loss prevention procedures
  • Maintain knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant's menu and products
  • Create and deliver first-class customer experiences in various retail and dining concepts
