Balance and accuracy in managing the cash drawer, transaction records, and daily deposits are important to comply with internal protocols. The Barista also oversees inventory to keep beverage coolers, grab-and-go items, tableware, and condiments fully stocked, ensuring smooth operations throughout the shift. Physical demands involving lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods punctuate the daily activities.

Aramark encourages its Baristas to work proactively and independently, while also executing additional responsibilities as directed by management. Employees are expected to uphold dress codes and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, maintaining a professional appearance consistent with company standards. Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, or barista roles is beneficial but not mandatory, as Aramark values willingness to learn and grow within the team. Securing a Food Handling Certification is a requirement to meet safety and regulatory guidelines.
