Job Duties

  • Proficiently operate a register/POS system to handle financial transactions such as cash and credit card payments with precision
  • Offer salutations and guidance to clients anticipating their requirements to promote a positive interaction
  • Observe the brand's guidelines for the production and presentation of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
  • Carry out the cooking and serving of dishes to meet the expectations of the facility
  • Monitor and balance the cash drawer, document cashier transactions, and carry out deposit responsibilities
  • Respect and conform to Aramark's regulations and protocols for handling cash transactions
  • Arrange and take down coffee bar, specific zones, or shop to uphold cleanliness and structured organization
  • Keep the work area clean and hygienic, making sure to sanitize equipment as needed
  • Ensure that beverage coolers, easily accessible products, tableware, and toppings are well-supplied
  • Abide by all guidelines related to food and drink preparation to uphold sanitation practices and ensure safe consumption
  • Obey instructions to take on different responsibilities from management
