Caffe Luxxe is a renowned, family-owned artisanal coffee company based in Los Angeles, California. Established in 2006, Caffe Luxxe was a pioneer in introducing the luxury third wave of artisanal coffee to the LA coffee scene. Job Requirements
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Available to work 25-30 hours per week with flexible scheduling
- Commitment to completing the apprenticeship training program
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Reliable and punctual
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in the coffee industry
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous barista or customer service experience is beneficial but not required
- Strong passion for coffee and willingness to learn
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Detail-oriented and motivated to grow within the company
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Job Duties
- Prepare coffee and other beverages according to company standards
- Participate in the comprehensive barista apprenticeship and training program
- Provide exceptional customer service and build genuine connections with customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe and workstations
- Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment proficiently
- Assist in inventory and restocking supplies
- Uphold health and safety standards consistently
