Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- 18 years of age or older
- existing or ability to obtain Food Handler's Certification within 30 days
- flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and walk for long periods
- ability to use hands for precise tasks
- ability to squat, bend, twist, and reach
- ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
- ability to climb ladders, stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces as needed
- ability to smell and taste for quality control
- ability to listen and speak effectively
- willingness to work in varying temperature conditions
- commitment to uphold health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Existing Food Handler's Certification required or obtained within 30 days post-hire
- basic math and computer skills
- ability to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, vendors, and suppliers
- make and serve a selection of delicious beverages using various brewing and preparation methods
- prepare and serve food items
- stay knowledgeable about current beverage and food offerings and preparation techniques
- participate in tastings, cuppings, and training sessions
- uphold quality standards by regularly tasting beverages
- create community in cafes by sharing coffee knowledge and inspiring teammates
- support the team by maintaining cafe cleanliness and organization
- promote company-wide sustainability goals
- adhere to health, food safety, and safety guidelines
- promote a safe and respectful workplace
- complete Blue Bottle Academy training and 90-day validation
