We are currently seeking full-time Baristas to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This role is not just about beverage preparation; it's about creating memorable experiences for customers through friendly, attentive service, and high-quality specialty drinks. In this role, you will operate the register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately, prepare various coffees, teas, and specialty beverages in line with brand standards, and assist with food preparation. As a Barista at Aramark, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, ensuring that health, safety, and sanitation guidelines are strictly followed.

Your responsibilities will include setting up and breaking down the coffee bar or station, stocking beverage coolers and grab-and-go items, and adhering to Aramark's cash handling policies. The position demands excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and a willingness to learn and grow with the company. Prior experience as a barista or in customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as training and development opportunities are provided to help you expand your skill set.
