In this role, you will handle a variety of operational tasks including preparing healthy smoothies, juices, acai bowls, and toast, all following precise recipes and standards. Your attention to detail ensures the consistent quality of beverages and dishes as well as compliance with health and safety guidelines. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean, organized workspace, managing inventory, stocking products, and completing daily opening and closing duties. Being comfortable with technology and POS systems is essential, as is proficiency in conducting sampling events, both in-store and at offsite locations. You will also play a key part in fostering a positive team and customer environment, communicating professionally and embodying the core values Earthbar upholds.

This position is available for both part-time and full-time shifts, with varied hours Monday through Sunday, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Flexibility is important to meet the dynamic scheduling needs of the business. Physical requirements include frequently standing, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, handling equipment, and the ability to manage sensory tasks such as tasting and distinguishing flavors.
