Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have or obtain a Food Handlers License (i.e., ServSafe) prior to employment
- 1-2 years of experience in food and beverage environments making smoothies and or specialty beverages or experience in retail and hospitality
- Ability to move and or lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes and product knowledge

Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Earthbar
- Maintain a calm demeanor especially during high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to Earthbar standards
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customer cues
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers responding to their needs in a timely manner
- Follow Earthbar operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety and security to ensure safety of all members
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for ease of locating products
- Provide quality beverages consistently by adhering to all recipes
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
