Job Requirements
- Part-time or full-time employment
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays with or without reasonable accommodation
- Possess or be able to obtain a Food Handlers License prior to employment
- Ability to move and or lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in food or beverage or retail
- Must maintain punctual attendance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with noise from equipment
- Compliance with health, safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Ability to move and or lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in food/beverage environments making smoothies or specialty beverages or experience in retail and hospitality
- Barista, nutrition, and culinary education experience a plus
- Must have or obtain a Food Handlers License (i.e., ServSafe) prior to employment
Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Earthbar
- Maintain a calm demeanor during high volume periods to keep store operating to Earthbar standard
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customer cues
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
- Follow Earthbar operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide quality beverages consistently by adhering to all recipes
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
