Job Requirements
- Must have or obtain a Food Handlers License prior to employment
- Ability to move and or lift up to 50lbs
- 1-2 years of experience in food or beverage environments making smoothies or specialty beverages or experience in retail and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must maintain regular and punctual attendance
Job Qualifications
- Ability to move and or lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge
- 1-2 years of experience in food or beverage environments making smoothies or specialty beverages, or experience in retail and hospitality
- Barista, nutrition, and culinary education experience a plus
- Must have or obtain a Food Handlers License prior to employment
Job Duties
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Earthbar
- Maintain a calm demeanor, especially during periods of high volume or unusual events
- Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customer cues
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers and respond to their needs in a timely manner
- Follow Earthbar operational policies and procedures including cash handling, safety and security
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Provide quality beverages consistently by adhering to all recipes
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
