Job Requirements

- Keep workspaces clean and hazard-free
- Properly stock service stations
- Monitor equipment temperatures and functionality
- Dispose of garbage properly
- Use POS systems and drive-thru headsets efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate café equipment safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Greet every guest in a friendly, sincere, and enthusiastic manner
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food safely
- Resolve guest concerns courteously and seek management support when needed
- Process purchases, refunds, coupons, discounts, and payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, including production areas and guest spaces
- Recommend products and upsell to enhance the guest experience
- Educate guests about coffee varieties, beverages, pastries, and merchandise
