We are currently seeking a dedicated Barista Shift Leader to join our dynamic team and elevate our customer service experience. This role is pivotal in overseeing daily café operations, leading a team of baristas, and ensuring that service runs smoothly and efficiently. As a Barista Shift Leader, you will coordinate team activities during shifts, maintain high standards of coffee preparation, and foster a warm, friendly, and luxury café atmosphere. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about coffee leadership and customer engagement, with a salary range of $14.00 to $18.00 per hour. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, hands-on experience with coffee making, and the ability to manage fast-paced service periods effectively.
