- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members during shifts
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover for cashiering and sales transactions

- Knowledge of food safety standards and food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and order processing
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth shift transitions

- Create crafted high-quality espresso drinks, lattes, coffees, and specialty beverages
- Assist guests with pastries, macarons, desserts, and menu selections
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a warm attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of café and workstations
- Handle POS transactions and guest orders
- Help create a welcoming luxury café atmosphere
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming café environment
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and maintain cleanliness of the café area
- Train and support team members in coffee brewing techniques, serving procedures, and food handling protocols
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
