minimum 6 months leadership experience in high-volume coffee or food service
willingness to be trained in food preparation
flexible schedule availability including weekends
strong communication skills
customer service focus
ability to learn new recipes

willingness to be cross-trained in food prep techniques
ability to learn and master new recipes
excellent leadership skills

ability to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, and weekend shifts
drive-thru experience is a plus
