Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred
  • Must pass periodic random drug screens
  • Must be able to pass background suitability investigation
  • Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses
  • Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment
  • Ability to stand, walk, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, holidays and be available for emergency calls
  • Willingness to adhere to all safety policies and procedures and participate in safety training
  • Must follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Must be able to work in environments with noise and low light
  • Capable of performing repetitive physical tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred
  • Experience in food and beverage service preferred
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Capability to operate point of sale systems efficiently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement
  • Deliver our Five Star Experience to Guests and all Team Members by embodying our Mission Statement and Service Promise while adhering to department service standards
  • Obtain food and beverage orders and process payments using point of sale device, including cash, credit cards, comps, and discounts
  • Perform assigned cashier duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures Policies
  • Provide quality beverage items by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards, as well as guest modification
  • Responsible for preparing, cooking and serving various food items while adhering to recipe and presentation standards
  • Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
