This job opening is for a Food and Beverage Team Member who plays a vital role in delivering the Five Star Experience to guests and fellow team members. The primary responsibility of this position is to sell, prepare, and serve food and beverage items with exceptional customer service skills while strictly adhering to established standards and policies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing outstanding service by welcoming, proactively assisting guests, and ensuring seamless, personalized, and valuable experiences. This role involves handling orders, processing payments via point of sale systems, preparing quality food and beverages according to recipes, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and complying with safety and sanitation guidelines.

The position does not require supervisory duties but emphasizes teamwork, training support, and the sharing of knowledge in a respectful and encouraging manner. Employees must comply with stringent internal control standards, including tribal gaming regulations and safety protocols. The work environment can include multiple locations, some open 24/7, requiring flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and be on call for emergencies. Some workplace environments are not smoke-free and may involve exposure to surveillance monitoring.

Prospective candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, pass background and drug screenings, and obtain a Tribal Gaming License along with any other necessary certifications.
