In this role, you will serve as an ambassador of the Aramark brand, providing customers with an unforgettable experience through friendly greetings, anticipating customer needs, and ensuring products meet our high standards of taste and presentation. You will also manage cash and credit card transactions accurately and adhere to company policies regarding cash handling and safety protocols. Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment is essential, as is assisting with setting up and breaking down beverage stations daily.

The Barista position requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a keen attention to detail. You will need to handle physical aspects of the job that may include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, standing for extended periods, and following health and safety procedures including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Aramark supports continuous learning and development, encouraging you to complete required certifications such as Food Handling Certification to ensure compliance with health standards.
