Currently, Joffrey's Coffee and Tea Company is seeking a dedicated Barista to join the team at their flagship café located in Midtown Tampa. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about coffee and tea craftsmanship to engage directly with customers and contribute to the rich company culture. The Barista will be entrusted with crafting exceptional coffee and tea beverages, utilizing their product knowledge and skills to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, the position includes serving approved alcoholic beverages to guests 21 and older upon request, adding an exciting dimension to the traditional barista role. This full-time position offers a starting pay of $15.00 per hour plus tips, in a relaxed and supportive working environment where employee contributions are valued. The role requires certification and ongoing recertification as a Barista every six months, ensuring high standards of quality and expertise are maintained.
