Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred
- Experience handling cash transactions desired
- Basic math skills and counting ability

- Food Handling Certification required

Job Duties
- Navigate the register/POS system for cash and credit card transactions precisely
- Provide warm and attentive customer service, anticipating needs
- Prepare and deliver coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to brand standards
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as per establishment requirements
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balance and record transactions
- Follow cash handling policies and deposit money securely
- Set up and dismantle coffee bars and workstations maintaining cleanliness
- Clean and sanitize equipment regularly to ensure hygienic workspace
- Manage inventory of drinks, snacks, serving tools, and flavorings
- Adhere to health and safety protocols during food and drink preparation
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management
